Virtual Fitness Classes
Join Tara at home for a 30 minute virtual fitness class! All fitness levels are welcome! The workouts will be mainly bodyweight, with the use of a couch or chair for some exercises, but if you have weights please feel free to use them! All classes will be using the ZOOM platform, so you will have to have it downloaded and ready to go before class time.
