What the program includes
Each session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and includes a
warm-up, workout (cardio and strength or yoga), and a cool down/stretch. Each package is a 4 week session with either 2 or 3 days of training per week. This is to ensure that your goals are met for your wedding day.
