Personal Training Sessions

Having the option of us coming to you, or training virtually eliminates any excuse of, "I couldn't make it to the gym." Our private sessions give you the option of training with your trainer in the great outdoors, your building gym, or your home gym or living room. Choose from either our yoga or fitness options, or both, it's up to you! All we need from you is a workout space, and of course

30 or 60 minutes of your time, and your awesome energy!

Fitness at your doorstep, talk about convenience.

What the session includes

Each session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and includes a

warm-up, workout (cardio and strength or yoga), and a cool down/stretch. You choose how often you'd like to train per week, however we do recommend 2-3 sessions/week, with one day rest between each for best results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. IF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR A SESSION, THE SESSION WILL BE CHARGED AS ATTENDED AND TAKEN OFF OF YOUR PUNCHCARD.

*All sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase date.

*All fees are non-refundable and non transferable.
