Shape and tone your booty with these moves

HIIT Arms & Abs Workout

HIIT this quick but efficient arms and abs workout to shred and sculpt.

 

Perform each move for 50 seconds with a 20 second rest in between each. Repeat entire circuit 2-3 times.

HIIT Ab Workout

Sculpt your core with this quick little number.

 

Complete each move for 50 seconds with a 20 second rest in between each except for side crunches. For side crunches perform each side of the body for 50 seconds. Be sure to count how many you complete on the first side, and do that exact number on the other side to keep the body balanced. 

 

Repeat entire circuit 2-3 times.
